Wk 9- Classmate Conversation- Vanessa Betancourt

Vanessa Betancourt is a freshman here at Cal State Long Beach. She is majoring in social work and loves it. Vanessa is originally from Bellflower California, and commutes to school. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, hiking and shopping. Vanessa has one brother and one sister and she is the middle child. She wants to use her degree to work with children and be in charge of their cases. Vanessa also has a minor in child development, which ties into that goal as well. If she could travel anywhere in the world she would want to go to Italy.  Vanessa listens to pretty much every genre of music besides country, she can’t stand country. She loves her boxer at home, and if she could have any type of dog, she would want a bull dog, or a husky. This summer she wants to travel to Mexico, and this weekend she is excited for her God sisters birthday party.
